MANUFACTURING FACILITIES

Vital  has a manufacturing facility situated at GIDC- Vapi (Gujarat)-160 kms from Mumbai-accessible both by road and rail and is spread over a land area of 7980.55 sq meter having built up area of 86000 sq feet.

The layout and design  of the plant with designated capacity of modern machineries and equipment  manned by expert competent and qualified scientists and staff to control and monitor all the manufacturing operations and controls is capable of manufacturing the quality products to the tune of 240 tones  per annum..
 
To avoid cross contamination and mix up the plant is equipped with dedicated equipments provided with air handling units(AHU).The facility
is under constant upgradation to meet with the regulatory requirement of International authorities and standards.
